In every community, there are children and families at a point of crisis, who need help. In those same communities, there are churches and people who care and want to take action. But what they need is a connection point. CarePortal is a national technology connecting platform that brings the needs of hurting children and families in your community to your attention. Caseworkers uncover the needs. CarePortal makes local churches and community members aware, giving them a real-time opportunity to respond.

 

In 2019, Agape Ranch became the Implementing Partner (IP) for CarePortal in the Coastal Bend to provide a program that prevents children from entering into the foster care system. Agape Ranch is committed to training churches and organizations to be equipped to respond to the needs of vulnerable children in our community.
