Agape Ranch has initiated the “Sleeves of Support” campaign in conjunction with local coffee shops to increase awareness and provide opportunities for people to serve children in desperate need of love and support. “Sleeves of Support” will launch in the month of May, Foster Care Awareness Month, and November, National Adoption Month. It’s time to increase awareness of foster and adoption issues, bring attention to the need for adoptive families for youth in foster care and emphasize the value of youth engagement. Many of the children that are served by these organizations are in desperate need of a mentor, an advocate, a loving home, and a sign that they are loved and valued.
Local coffee shops will be using special, custom sleeves on their to-go, hot beverage cups. See below for various ways that you can serve local vulnerable children through advocacy, support services, or by becoming a foster or adoptive family.
